Conditions of use

Pricing and Payments:

Tommy Jo uses PayPal as a payment gateway. If you have a PayPal account, you may pay directly for your account. If you do not hold a PayPal account, you may still pay with all Major credit/Debit cards through the PayPal checkout system.

Tommy Jo's website pricing are in Great British Pound (GBP).

 

Shopping Cart:

If a product is placed in the shopping cart, goes through checkout but is not paid for; it will only be held for 3-5 hours then it will be available for other customers to purchase.

 

Order process and Delivery:

Tommy Jo usually process your order within 24 hours and will dispatch your parcel as soon as possible. During busy periods, please allow us maximum of 48 hours to process and dispatch your parcel. Please see 'Shipping and Returns' for delivery prices.

1st Class Recorded (UK): 1-3 working days

Special Next Day (UK): Depending on time order is placed, you should receive your parcel next day.

International (Worldwide): 3-7 working days

The above time scale for delivery are for general guidance only and are estimated. Once your parcel is with the post office, we are not responsible for any delays caused that are beyond our control.

All our parcels are sent via a recorded method with tracking numbers. Once we have sent your parcel, you will receive an automated email notifying you that your parcel is on it's way with the tracking number.

Tommy Jo are not responsible for any Custom Clearance charges. Please see 'Shipping and Returns'.

 

Returns, Refund and Exchage:

We hope that you love our products as much as we do here at Tommy Jo but if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return the product, please notify us within 7 days of reciept of goods at tommyjoshop@hotmail.com

When contacting us, please provide us with as much information as possible and please let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange. We will only issue refunds on cost of product(s) we will not issue refund on postage costs.

Once you have contacted us, we will issue you with a 'returns slip' which must be filled in and sent along with the item returned.

All products returned must be unopened, unworn, unmarked and must be returned in all it's original packaging and gift boxes.

Certain items for 'Heath and Hygeine' reasons are not returnable, such as Earrings or belly rings. This includes all items on 'sale' or on 'special offer'.

We recommend that you ship the returned item via a signed recorded service as Tommy Jo will not be held accountable for items lost in transit. Return postage cost will be your (the customer) responsibilty.

 

Cancellation of your order

Under the Distance Regulations act, you are entiled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at tommyjoshop@hotmail.com

 

Damaged or Faulty products

Please follow are 'Returns' policy. We appolgise, and a full refund including postage cost will be given after return of product.

This applies only to manufacturing fault. This does not apply if damage is caused by the wearer.

 

Website Descriptions and information

All measurements and information on our products are provided by the manufacturer. Therefore, we hope that the descriptions and measurements are as accurate as possible. Depending on the product, some items are measured in millimetres, centimetres or inches. We will do our best to keep the details up to date, but we can not be held accountable for any innaccuracy.
