We usually post via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (UK) or International Signed for (International)

Need your parcel as soon as possible? Don't worry! we also offer Special Next Day delivery for UK addresses only. You can select this shipping method during checkout.

  • (UK) Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded: £3.99p plus additional item
  • (UK) Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery: £7 plus additional item
  • (Europe and Worldwide) Royal Mail International Signed for/Airsure: £11.99 plus additional item

 

Please use our 'Estimate Shipping' box once products are added to cart which is located on our checkout page. Simply enter the country for products to be shipped to and it will calculate the shipping charges for you.

We do not offer collection in person or collection at a local shop.

 

Custom Clearance charges and Duties (International)

'Tommy Jo' are not responsible for any additional charges bought forward by Customs and Excise. Custom charges differ in every country and we are unable to estimate these charges for you. You (the customer) are responsible for payment of these custom clearance charges. To find out more information about these charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Returns

We hope that you love our products as much as we do here at Tommy Jo but if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return the product, please notify us within 7 days of reciept of goods at tommyjoshop@hotmail.com

Once you have contacted us, we will issue you with a 'returns slip' which must be filled in and sent along with the item returned.

All products returned must be unopened, unworn, unmarked and must be returned in all it's original packaging and gift boxes.

Certain items for 'Heath and Hygeine' reasons are not returnable, such as Earrings or belly rings. This includes all items on 'sale' or on 'special offer'.

We recommend that you ship the returned item via a signed recorded service as Tommy Jo will not be held accountable for items lost in transit. Return postage cost will be your (the customer) responsibilty.
